WANT ACCESS TO THE TRINITY TRAIL – we have no public parking, see City of Lucas posted “No Parking” signs along Welborn Ln.

No motorized vehicles are allowed only walking pedistrians and those on horse back.

When visiting, please park at the water tower within the City of Lucas park, as authorized parking is not available along Welborn Ln or near the residential gate. Look for clearly posted signage to guide you through our property onto the public trails, ensuring respect for both our land and that of the North Texas Municipal Water District.

Kindly note that access to the East Winningkoff trail is limited to pedestrians walking and those on horseback. To preserve the trail’s integrity and ensure everyone’s safety, the use of ATVs, dirt bikes, regular bikes, and other motorized vehicles is prohibited. Additionally all hunting and fishing needs proper licensure, knowledge of the rules and appropriate attire.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the natural beauty and tranquility of the area. We hope you have a wonderful experience exploring the trail responsibly and enjoy the various offerings we have cultivated through our dedication to sustainable farming.
